The followings are a kind of spiral tungsten wire with two legs hooked. The hooks can be any directions as required.

Spiral tungsten wire whose surface is chemical cleaned or electrolytic polished has high temperature melting point, high corrosion resistant and long life. The density and purity of stranded tungsten wire is respective 19.3g/cm3 and 99.95%min.

Line Tungsten Wire with Two Ends

Line tungsten wire is all with the same direction spiral, and its ends are with two straight line with the direction the same to the spriral. Also the sprical numbers and ends lengths can be defined by customer. The followings are one drawing and one picutre with the end products. With the drawing and known dimenisons, the tungsten wire can be produced, like the picture.

The picture is with three strands, which belongs to type 3. The type 1 with single wire, type 2 double wires and type 4 three wires with one Al wire are the three most popular tungsten heaters for coating application.

Tungsten wire can be shaped to lots of shapes. attached is a kind of tungsten wire with door shape and two legs.

The spiral is to describe the center part, which is the upper part as the following picture. The sprial number is not defined and can be made according to the customer's requirement when they provided the value of "N". The picture is to show one of the tungsten wire, which is type 1, only with single wire.

Meanwhile,there are three more regular types, two strands, three strands and three plus one Al wire.
