Tungsten Bolt

Tungsten bolt is a very important bolt, which is mainly used for high temperature furnace, sintering furnace, furnace and other high-temperature environments. The main reason is because tungsten owns property of high temperature resistance, whose melting point can be up to 3410 ℃. During use, tungsten bolts should be paid attention to their fragile characteristics, which is not suitable for use in high-intensity vibration machines, but more suitable in a static environment.

Tungsten Nut Standard

Currently, there are more generic GB (GB), German standard (DIN), International Standards (ISO), the Japanese standard (JIS), American Standard (ASTM / ANSI), which are all as standards of tungsten nut. Among them, the national standard, German standard, the standard represented by M (for example, M8, M16), American, British is expressed as a fraction or # size (such as 8, # 10, 1 / 4,3 / 8).

Tungsten Welding Wire Electrode Holder

The tungsten weldingwire electrode holder connects to the welding cable and con-ducts the welding current to the electrode.  The insulated handle is used to guide the electrode over the weld joint and feed the electrode over the weld joint and feed the electrode into the weld puddle as it is consumed.  Electrodes holders are available in different sizes and are rate don their current carrying capacity.

FCAW-Tungsten Welding Electrode

Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW or FCA) is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process. FCAW requires a continuously-fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant-voltage or, less commonly, a constant-current welding power supply. An externally supplied shielding gas is sometimes used, but often the flux itself is relied upon to generate the necessary protection from the atmosphere, producing both gaseous protection and liquid slag protecting the weld. The process is widely used in construction because of its high welding speed and portability.

FCAW was first developed in the early 1950s as an alternative to shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). The advantage of FCAW over SMAW is that the use of the stick electrodes used in SMAW is unnecessary. This helped FCAW to overcome many of the restrictions associated with SMAW.

Tungsten electrode is the welding electrodes, mainly used for many types of metals welding.
