Tungsten Granule Packing

Regular packing of tungsten granule is 2kgs/2.5kgs in a plastic bag, and vacuumed. Almost Chinatungsten packs 20bags in a drum. For the saving of delivery cost, the outer packing may be paper box if the quantity or gross weigh is not so heavy, which paper box could bear the weight. Tungsten Granule Marking Chinatungsten sticks its packing list with the information of commodity, lot no, size, quantity, N.W, G.W and contract no. If there, the PO no and other information will be marked on the packing list.

Tungsten Granule Introduction

Tungsten granule is a kind of metal with crushing irregular pellet. Its purity is over 99.90%, and the most content for it should go to Carbon(C≤0.0008%) and Sulfur(S≤0.0005%). Its bright grey is the same color for tungsten metals. But the irregular size has been the different part from tungsten rod, tungsten bar, or other tungsten materials. The reason to crush tungsten rod into irregular shape is because of the reaction of other elements can be more effective.

Tungsten Bolt

Tungsten bolt is a very important bolt, which is mainly used for high temperature furnace, sintering furnace, furnace and other high-temperature environments. The main reason is because tungsten owns property of high temperature resistance, whose melting point can be up to 3410 ℃. During use, tungsten bolts should be paid attention to their fragile characteristics, which is not suitable for use in high-intensity vibration machines, but more suitable in a static environment.

Tungsten Nut Standard

Currently, there are more generic GB (GB), German standard (DIN), International Standards (ISO), the Japanese standard (JIS), American Standard (ASTM / ANSI), which are all as standards of tungsten nut. Among them, the national standard, German standard, the standard represented by M (for example, M8, M16), American, British is expressed as a fraction or # size (such as 8, # 10, 1 / 4,3 / 8).

Tungsten Welding Wire Electrode Holder

The tungsten weldingwire electrode holder connects to the welding cable and con-ducts the welding current to the electrode.  The insulated handle is used to guide the electrode over the weld joint and feed the electrode over the weld joint and feed the electrode into the weld puddle as it is consumed.  Electrodes holders are available in different sizes and are rate don their current carrying capacity.

FCAW-Tungsten Welding Electrode

Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW or FCA) is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process. FCAW requires a continuously-fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant-voltage or, less commonly, a constant-current welding power supply. An externally supplied shielding gas is sometimes used, but often the flux itself is relied upon to generate the necessary protection from the atmosphere, producing both gaseous protection and liquid slag protecting the weld. The process is widely used in construction because of its high welding speed and portability.

FCAW was first developed in the early 1950s as an alternative to shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). The advantage of FCAW over SMAW is that the use of the stick electrodes used in SMAW is unnecessary. This helped FCAW to overcome many of the restrictions associated with SMAW.

Tungsten electrode is the welding electrodes, mainly used for many types of metals welding.

SMAW Tungsten Welding Wire

Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), also known as manual metal arc welding (MMA or MMAW), flux shielded arc welding or informally as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode covered with a flux to lay the weld.

An electric current, in the form of either alternating current or direct current from a welding power supply, is used to form an electric arc between the electrode and the metals to be joined. The workpiece and the electrode melts forming the weld pool that cools to form a joint. As the weld is laid, the flux coating of the electrode disintegrates, giving off vapors that serve as a shielding gas and providing a layer of slag, both of which protect the weld area from atmospheric contamination.

Because of the versatility of the process and the simplicity of its equipment and operation, shielded metal arc welding is one of the world's first and most popular welding processes. It dominates other welding processes in the maintenance and repair industry, and though flux-cored arc welding is growing in popularity, SMAW continues to be used extensively in the construction of heavy steel structures and in industrial fabrication. The process is used primarily to weld iron and steels (including stainless steel) but aluminium, nickel and copper alloys can also be welded with this method.

Tungsten welding wire can be used as welding core wire in SMAW. The diameters of this kind of wire range a lot, but mostly are packed in rolls.
