IG Tungsten Filament- IG filamento de tungstênio

IG tungsten filament, shorted from Ion Source Gun Filament, made of tungsten wire, shows with coils in the middle and hooks or straight line at the ends. IG tungsten filament, similar with tungsten heater, is used in vacuum coating, such as Al coating, Ag coating or others. This kind of filament should be shaped after coils for it is easily deformed under high temperature. Regular diameters are Ø0.5mm and Ø0.8mm.

IG filamento de tungstênio, em curto de Ion Fonte Gun Filament, feito de fio de tungstênio, mostra com bobinas no meio e ganchos ou linear nas extremidades. IG filamento de tungsténio, tungsténio com aquecedor semelhante, é usado num processo de revestimento a vácuo, tais como Al, revestimento por Ag ou outros. Este tipo de filamento deve ser moldado após bobinas para isso é facilmente deformado sob a alta temperatura. Diâmetros regulares são Ø0.5mm e Ø0.8mm.
