The most common tungsten mesh weaving process is plain weaving and twill weaving. The mesh after weaving is smooth and oil-free, and no broken wires. Tungsten mesh has large resistance, high melting point, high density and superior performance. It is very suitable for light wave blocking and electromagnetic shielding.

The specifications of the tungsten wire mesh weave, the wire diameter can be as thin as Ø0.03mm, and the width can be as wide as 2000mm. The size can be customized, and it can also be cut into circles, squares, strips, etc. Another important specification index of the screen specification is expressed by the number of meshes, which can be made into 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 37 mesh, 40 mesh, 50 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 150 mesh, 200 mesh, etc.

The surface of tungsten mesh is different, which can be divided into white tungsten mesh and black tungsten mesh. Generally, black tungsten wire is used for weaving first, and then if white wire mesh is required, the graphite layer on the surface is removed by electrolytic alkaline washing to make the surface appear metallic and shining.
