Tungsten Wire Heater for Sapphire Growth Furnace

Tungsten wire heater is very important in the process of growing sapphire. Tungsten wire heater is used to heat tungsten crucible and sapphire inside. Tungsten wire heater, used as a part of sapphire growth furnace, owns the properties of high efficiency, good temperature uniformity, stable quality, long life. Using tungsten wire heater can keep the inside temperature for tungsten sapphire growth furnace.

Tungsten wire is the material that we use to weave like wire mesh as tungsten wire heater, and combine with tungsten plate to make the set of tungsten wire heater for sapphire growth furnace. There are two types of tungsten wire heater, one is made of tungsten wire wholly and one is made of tungsten wire and tungsten plate.

Tungsten wire heater leaves a space for putting tungsten crucible and can heat tungsten crucible to a high temperature, which is necessary to keep the temperature in tungsten crucible.
